Its close proximity to Minneapolis/St. Paul, to the west, and Eau Claire, to the east, affords its residents the luxury of a hometown atmosphere with all the amenities of urban America close at hand. Woodville's Norwegian ancestry is festively commemorated every spring around May 17th on Syttende Mai, Norway's Independence Day. The community joins together in colorful array to celebrate its folklore and legends of the mighty Viking warrior Leif Ericson.

Cross connection inspections
April 2, 2013The Village of Woodville water department will be performing periodical cross connection inspections throughout the Village of Woodville on a continual basis. Cross Connection Control is mandated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, this inspection program is designed to protect drinking water from contamination by means of cross connections, backsiphonage and back pressure. more...

Shop with a cop
The Salvation Army of St Croix County teamed up with municipal law enforcement officers from various communities in August to coordinate our "Shop With a Cop" event. More..
